The title of this book promises more than it delivers and I found it disappointing because of this. The reality is that the book actually prescribes a very strict diet for Monday to Friday, and then a less rigid approach for the weekend, but you by no means get the weekend off!

There are 'rules' for the weekend, including:

1. Eat only to feed your stomach

2. Eat moderate portions

3. Make 'healthy' choices (includes what not to do/eat at restaurants)

4. Move your body (advises exercising more on the weekend to make up for extra calories)

Now that sounds like a diet to me!

Having said that, I did find a lot of the information useful, particularly as to how to boost metabolism. Just don't buy it if you think you'll be able to eat whatever you want on Saturday and Sunday.
