I thought this book was really book because in the beginning you think it's going about ghosts, but the ending really suprised me. This is one of the scariest Point Horrors I've read, it is actually intriguing unlike other books that are about ghosts.

I have only read a few of Barbara Steiner's Point Horror books and I find this one the scariest and grip taking. The reason I like this book is because there is a mysterious history that waits to be uncovered and how you just not sure if the story is supernatural or not. Whether the person or thing responsible is human or supernatural. It's Spring Break and a group of friends have travelling away for it. When they get to the village they plan to stay at, all the motels, cabins and shacks are full, but there is one place free... The Jamison place is said to be haunted, but they decide to ignore that and stay there. Angie keeps hearing strange things in the house, and then her friends begin to go missing one by one. And then the past begins to unveil.
