Keith Floyds heart is all over this book. From the introduction you know that his enthusiasm and passion for good food is going to make you want to cook so many of the recipes within. If you know how good British cookery can be, and also love to try dishes from all over the world, this book is for you. It's fun to read just as a book, and wonderful to cook from. You know how we all at some time inherit a cookery book from our parents or grandparents? Well this one, in all it's overused tattiness, will definitely be inherited by my son.

I bought this book as I have enjoyed watching Floydy on the TV. The book tells how KF started on his life in the food industry, only a few pages, then he gives details of almost everything you would wish to cook/eat. Just try his Welsh Rarebit, absolutely fantastic and one of his favourites too, so simple but really tasty, his passion comes through the writing and it's so sad we can't have any more Floyd.

Much more kieth in this book with some of the recipes quite complicated and would become expensive . Written as he spoke so it's as though he's talking you through it. again cost nothing and was in perfect condition

This second-hand book came through in a couple of days. As promised the condition was very good and I am pleased with the service overall.
