3.0 out of 5 stars Good book
Ecellent book for students. Though the scholarship is now 20 years old it's still sharp and relevant, and written by one of the best commentators on the subject to have been writing for the last 30 years. Recommend to anyone interested. He revised the book in 2007, and added illustrations too.
