Great for beginners and intermediates

The Ukulele Playlist White Book is a great little book for those just getting into playing Ukulele. I have recently bought a Ukulele after a few years of tinkering with a guitar, so I've picked up the basic chords quite quickly. After spending some time online on well known chord and tab websites, and realising that the vast majority of tabs are not really designed for the Ukulele, I decided to buy specific Ukulele books instead.
A point to note before buying these books - these books are not designed to 'teach' the Ukulele. They will help you to improve and speed up your chord changes, but they are not organised as lessons. It will, however, add to your repertoire of classic rock and pop songs.
The songs in the white book cover a variety of ability levels, from almost absolute beginner to advanced intermediate. For each song, the chords and fingering are written above each line of the lyrics (which can be somewhat awkward. The other Ukulele playlist book I bought, the Blue book, has the fingering for each chord helpfully shown under the title of the song, and just the chord name above each line). You will probably need to know the song in order to play it accurately.
This book even has a handy pull out in the middle with the songs from all books in alphabetical order, which you can use as a quick find guide.
So in summary, a great book, easy to learn songs, good for beginners and intermediates. If only the fingerings were not above each line of the song, this would be a five star review.
