This review is from: Christology: A Guide for the Perplexed (Guides for the Perplexed) (Paperback)
As part of my training I am studying Christology, and the subject is immense and complex. This gem of a book takes some really hard concepts and presents them in a readable and easily understood way. That doesn't mean it is light reading though, my normal paperback speed is one minute per page- with this book it drops to three minutes per page.
Still, if you want to get to grips with the theological arguments over Christ's humanity and divinity, and what the implications of them are, then this book provides an easy way into the subject.

Well laid out and a simple explanation of a very complex subject. I especially liked the historical development of ideas from church fathers through to the modern era.
