If you have any of this series you will know what to expect. Fantastic photo's over eight pages for each destination (one of which will be a double page photo) that accompanies a description of the walk and also some minimal travel advice. This is a coffee table book more than a guide and will work as inspiration for 'that trip' or for you to be inspired for you next trip.

The destinations here are all over the world (Australia, US, South America, Africa, Asia, Europe - yes all corners really) and have the usual suspects (Inca Trail for example) as well as some that you might not know are there.

I have four of these book and haven't been disappointed with any of them. I know they won't provide me the travel advice for these destination and will act as a starting point. I have been to a couple of the places here and can recommend them and this book as a good starting point.

This world is amazing.
And this series of books makes me remember how much i want to see of it.

This is not opnion literture ( al-la rough guide) this is amazing pictures, and you and partner can look at and dream about holidays an together whilst on the bus to work.

I have been 2 of the unforgettable places, and wow!
Just wow.

These books are for you if you dreaming up your honeymoon, planing a long get away or (if like me) want to see what are the most awesome things on earth and try to get there.

Amazing, scope expanding, astounding and inspiring.
Buy one, then you'll buy them all.

As above this was a present, and on arrival, I had a skip through it before I wrapped it up.
It looked lovely and the recipient of the gift was very pleased with it.
