This is a excellent book written by David Hemery which encapsulates his knowledge of coaching and presents a new way of releasing the wonderful potential in our children of the future and today. Its a wonderful book simply written but full of understanding and wisdom, and should be in the library of every school for teachers to read and would greatly assist parents in the bring up of their children. I as an adult have greatly learned from this book.

As a new sports coach, I have found David Hemery's book a valuable, innovative resource to refer to ahead of training sessions and games. Hemery beautifully communicates how coaches can not only inspire children and sports people alike, but also how aspects of the book's content can be adapted for use in business. I have found the book is easy to digest in bite size chunks and is helped with the fun illustrations, sample questions and case studies. Five stars

Fantastic bite size chunks of coaching nuggets.
Some great examples of questioning - essentially what the books foundation is?
Lots of great anecdotes.
Most importantly it is presented in a "common sense" plain English style - no consultant nonsense.
Well recommended.
