This book is very informative and useful for those who are both starting off basketball and at an intermediate level as it covers all the essential areas of the sport. Dribbling, shooting, rebounding, offense and defense are covered in a clear and concise manner. The only shortfall, in my opinion, is that it does not cater for those who have been playing ball for a long time and who want to develop more specialised skills. Overall though it is a very good book and value for money if you are serious about taking up basketball as a sport.
