5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best!, 7 July 2008
This review is from: Contested Environments (OU-Wiley Environment Series) (Paperback)
This book is a well written and well thought out book which is written for the OU course U216 Understanding environmental change, which is a level 2 course.

This book combines a wide range of subjects related to contested environments, it talks about contest and conflicts over food, energy environments, power, finite resources, trade, environmental justice and environmenal news coverage.

This book is a great book if you wish to understand why there is so much conflict in the world over environmental issues, it talks in depth on the causes of various sources of conflict and possible solutions to these conflicts.

This is one of the best and most interesting books that I have come across to date durng my 'OU journey'.
