This review is from: The Trophy Kids Grow Up: How the Millennial Generation is Shaking Up the Workplace (Hardcover)
Despite the Author's desire to support the conceit that the new generation is fantastically creative, conscience driven, and multi-tasking, the truth tends to shine out much stronger.

We have raised a generation who have never failed, and whose expectations of their own worth is far higher than their ability to deliver.
It will be interesting to see how this now changes with the world in economic meltdown and with less job options for the precious little princes/princesses. It is the most solemn duty of parents to raise their kids with the best preparation for the real world and this book clearly shows that many of us have failed in this duty and therefore done a disservice to the Trophy generation.

Definitely worth a read, and definitely relevant for anyone who wants to understand the mindset of Generation Y.
