4.0 out of 5 stars Simple easy introduction
Generally an easy read. It's in depth enough to be a good intro to the subject as a whole while not burdening you with too much information. If you want more then you can you can read a separate book about each topic, but then you would have to read 5 books instead of 1... I certainly think I have learnt a lot from the book & enjoyed reading it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Awful
Regurgitation of information that is already out there but better described. This is only an intro to those who are new to this field and as such its suffices. If you training your memory you would do well to study works by Harry Lorayne, Dominic O'Brien and Tony Buzan. Next I would recommend a decent book on body language and NLP...But this book.....nah

You will not become Jane after reading this. This book is just a very short, and not well written collection of some mentalist/NLP*iehs stuff. It recomends a lot of thins you should do, but dose not explain it all.

There are other books that gives a lot more bang for the buck
