I suffered a miscarriage at 12 weeks and this completely shocked my world. I needed help to understand and come to terms with what was happening to me, how to deal with my emotions and the people around me. This book is brilliant it helps you to do that, gives you tips to deal with different situations and provides words, where there are none.
I would recommend it for any mother and father, family and friends that are going through this tragic ordeal and need help or want to support someone in need.
It is helping me come out of my dark world and manage each day as it comes.

Started reading a few weeks ago but haven't finished yet unlike a lot of other books on this subject which I've read in one sitting.
I'm not finding this book an 'easy' read but more as a resource to dip in and out of when I'm having a bad day when I'm right back at day one of losing my baby.
From the chapters I have read so far, this book is a must for anyone who is going through the heartbreaking sadness of losing a baby either from early miscarriage, late miscarriage, termination for medical reasons or stillbirth.
In the most horrendous situation ever, reading this book has helped me to realise that I'm not the only one this has happened to and the feelings and thoughts that I have are normal.
