(REAL NAME)
Not only is this book well researched, it is written with clarity unprecedented for this particular subject.
An absolute must for every trainee analyst who wishes to keep his or her critical thinking faculties alive and straddle the difficulty of studying, doubting and practising psychoanalysis.
Further, as humour is never absent from sceptical clearly thought-out argumentation Stephen Frosh managed to penetrate and amalgamate both,a pop culture caricature portrayal of analysis with blind indoctrinated belief as advocated by past and contemporary decibels of psychoanalysis and arrive at a academically sound happy medium.
A brave, daring, exciting and important contribution with a delicious dollop of humour, a perfect combination.
Who would have thought academic reading could be enjoyable.
Well Done!
