5.0 out of 5 stars Similar to Michael Nath's La Rochelle, 16 April 2010
This review is from: Floating Opera / the End of the Road (Paperback)
This book was recommended to me because of its similarities to La Rochelle by Michael Nath, a book which had a profound effect on me. The similarities are plentiful, the kind of novels that get underneath behaviour, relationships and how we interact with the world. Both are based on uncoventional love triangle and invite the reader to get inside the pages. The ending is quite brutal, but nevertheless, a highly recommended read.

... The story is rather intricated and the title does well explicit the author's approach to life. We are aboard a ship that is latently on the verge of sicking..nothing is sure for good, nothing is acquired. Our life is our experience and everything is possible then.
