Should be a great book, but flawed

I bought this book after owning another Weber/Jamie Purviance book "Barbecue Anytime" which has transformed my barbecues from burnt burgers, chicken, and sausages, to flavour packed feasts, everytime.
Now I might have just been unlucky but I have now had two copies of this book and there seems to have been a problem with the layout prior to printing resulting in a number of the recipes being incomplete. I have retuned both books and emailed Weber in the US to see if it is a known problem.
Without this issue the book would have got 4 stars just becuase it is a US book without metric measurements. The US recipies use pounds and ounces and the mysterious "cup" measurements which can be time consuming to convert.
Otherwise the content, forrmat, presentation, and style of the book are great. My advice is wait for a UK version with metric measurments (Like some of the other Weber books) and by then hopefully the layout issues will have been resolved.
