Can't remember how long I've had this book - but I bought it years ago. Through it, I learned how to make meringues - the best ones I've ever tasted - chocolate eclairs and many other things that I would otherwise have never attempted. If you're catering for a wedding or any other celebration, the recipes and tips in here will be invaluable. The one thing I love about Mary's recipes is that they are easy to follow and they all work. Don't expect a thick volume though, it's a slim paperback, but get hold of a copy if you can, it's worth it'll be worth it's weight in gold.
