Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei volume 5 contains chapters 41 to 50 plus translation notes and bonus pages including the "Let's draw Zetsubou-Sensei" song!
It is rated OT for older teens aged 16+. Definitely not for children!
Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei revolves around a teacher called Zetsubou-Sensei (real name Nozomu Itoshiki) and his class of unique students. Zetsubou-Sensei is one of the most depressed people you will ever read about. All he wants to do is die. His strange personality is somehow attractive to the females in his class such as a super positive girl, a hikikomori, a stalker, a foreigner, a quite girl, a perfectionist, a girl with a tail fetish, an illegal immigrant and more! Every single character (apart from the ordinary girl who says she isn't ordinary) is really strange!
Basically, this manga is about a class full of strange people who talk about everyday things but delve deeper into the truth and make them seem really odd/bad/funny.
In volume 5, Sensei talks about things from white lies to human values. Just another day in Class 2-F. This is one of my favourite volumes. Every chapter had me crying with laughter! We meet a few more new characters in volume 5 all as strange as ever!
Even though there are 12 pages of translation notes, it doesn't seem enough. A few things were still confusing. I douesn't remove much from the comedy though as it is still funny when it's confusing.
I would recommend reading at least volume 1 before this one so you can grasp the character's personalities.
