this was an interesting read

I appreciate there is money to be made from selling over the counter vitamins

I also think that ill people can be vulnerable to others' suggestions.

Anyone thinking of subsidiasing their food intake with vitamins should consult their gp before they do so

Serious consideration of the facts should undertaken

My magnesium levels showed up as 'normal' in several test results orchestrated via gp/hospital over months of investigations.

AFTER diagnosis of my health problem I discussed taking a small dose of magnesium with my gp ... I then increased the dose to half a tablet 200mg per day... and find that my general well-being is enhanced.

I do not consider this a solution to my health problem but I was keener to try these 'over the counter' tablets as opposed to some my gp was (reluctantly) offering to prescribed to me to control my health problem in its current stages. I acknowledge there may be a need for the prescription tablets in the future and that reassessment of health/diet should be constantly monitored.

The information in this book and from any other source should be used in the same manner as all other information we collect and relate to ourselves on a personal level. That is: sparingly and individually. I think it unwise to treat 'en masse' everyone with the same dosage/tablet and that the interested party needs to monitor their own needs and keep reviewing the information/options available-WITH THEIR GP.

In my opinion this book was well worth a read and conveys ideas found in other (seemingly unrelated) sources.

BUT...

I'm pleased the word 'miracle' is used in its title, as this makes me aware that this is an 'extraordinary event-surpassing all known human or natural powers' .... ie... setting off 'dramatic' and 'too good to be true'... alarms/warning bells .. .. hopefully, alerting one into taking a responsible, realistic approach... ...

I have been ill for so long and on generic prescribed painkillers and medication - I have read this book and can now understand why I feel so ill - poisoned by medication. I have ME/Fibromyalgia and am hoping to get better with the help of this book and a Nutritional therapist. An extremely interesting read, eye opener - hail alternative medicine.

I would not normally review a book without reading it, but the contents and the bits available to read were good. More importantly, it was suggested to me to take magnesium because of my low energy levels and my strong PMT and period pains - something I never used to suffer from - the result is staggering and anyone out there suffering I suggest you read this book - if you need more detail, and get some supplements and take them.

Interesting book with a lot of information regarding magnesium and the conditions that it can improve. Until I read this I was unaware of the health problems that can materialise through lack of magnesium. Very informative.

Apparently we are all deficient in magnesium. After reading this book I went on to buy a bottle of Magnesium Oil Spray and the
difference it made to my well being was amazing!

Having read this book I found it most useful in identifying whether or not I had a magnesium deficiency. This book also advises on the best form of magnesium for different types of health problems and the type of magnesium that is to be avoided. I would highly recommend It.
