The Naughtiest Girl Saves the Day This was bought for my daughter who loves these books. As always Amazon are very efficient and nothing seems too much trouble even if you have to return items.

Although the Enid Blyton books are dated these books shoulds still be a good read for 5-8 year olds

My seven year old has loved this series, but I have to say (and she is quite a sensitive child with a brother called Daniel!) she got very upset at the fire in Daniel's room bit and I had to stop her listening to it as it was literally giving her nightmares! Otherwise I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

A very funny packed-full adventure with lots of excitement to do with a fire in Daniel's room. Elizabeth and Julian have lots of disappointment when auditioning takes place for a school play. Elizabeth's missing button causes havoc in the school garden!

This book was a fantastic book because there was a boy called Daniel and he loved reading books but it was the school rule not to have a candle on at night but Daniel read with a candle on. So Daniel fell asleep with the candle on and the candle set the room the room on fire!

I liked it because she won in the race in the school. These books are cool and funny and make me laugh. I like to read about girls and boys who go away to boarding school as I don't go to a school like this and don't know what it is like. From Eilis aged six.

This book is cool there is a mystery waiting to be solved but it keeps getting more mysterious. Strawberry plants are pulled and a terrible fire. One of the best yet. Hope you like this comment and it was helpful.

I recommend this book to my sister because it is full of excitement and mystery. It makes it like you have to guess what is going to happen. Then at the end you can see if you were right. It makes it more fun and interesting.
