5.0 out of 5 stars A mythical story of friendship between a boy and a dragon, 25 Mar 1999
By A Customer
Once I read this story I wanted to find out more about dragons. It caught my attention like no other book has. The friendship between the boy and the dragon was like one everyone should have. After youv'e read this book you will never look at dragons the same way.

5.0 out of 5 stars AWSOME! Totally shaggedelic!, 10 Jun 1999
By A Customer
Ok, this book is only, THE best book ever written for the munchkin people. I'm 12, but when I read it, I absolutely loved it. The ending was so awsome! It was perfect. And as Austin Powers might say,"It was shaggedelic, baby!"

5.0 out of 5 stars You will read it over and over and over..., 14 May 1999
By A Customer
Jeremy Thatcher doesn't even look back while he is running away from Mary Lou Hutton's "Kiss of Death." So you're not srprised when he finds a street he's unfamiliar with. He walks into a magic shop, hoping to find something to make Mary Lou dissapear. Instead, he finds a ball of swirling colors and buys it. He finds some wierd instructions in the box it came in and decides to try them out. So he hatches a dragon, and with it comes a whole lot of friendship, adventure, and trust. This is an excellent book and I think you would enjoy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Jeremy Thatcher comes to life in a full-cast recording, 12 Dec 1997
By A Customer
Jeremy Thatcher Dragon Hatcher is among the most magical contemporary children's novels and will, no doubt, stand the test of time and be recognized as a classic. Readers who know and love the book and those who are new to the story will enjoy this superb audio rendition.
Using a full cast with Bruce Coville himself as narrator, this recording includes all of the original text. Younger readers, who struggle with book length works, will love being able to follow the story as it's read on tape.
There are few pleasures that compare to hearing a good book come to life. If you loved the novel (or just enjoy a good fantasy) this cassette will enrich your understanding of (and appreciation for) Jeremy and his struggles.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of those stories that won't soon be forgotten., 24 Jun 1998
By A Customer
I remember, a few years back, when I first read this book. I finished it in tears, but I absolutely loved it. If you like fantasy, adventure, fun, and a little bit of mischief, this story is for you. A must with dragon lovers!
I've read my paperback from cover to cover, and its appearance can tell a story of its own. The spine is broken, the pages are falling out, and it is one of the most loved books in my collection. It is one to always keep close to your heart, one that makes your imagination set forth and adventure into the depths of fantasy. Bruce Coville definately at his best.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love the friendship between Jeremy and Timat!, 24 May 1998
By A Customer
This book is one of quality that you don't find often. It's wonderfully written. The way that Jeremy and Timat can comunicate through images in their mind is really neat. I also like the way Bruce Coville used colors to describe moods. This book is one of my favorite books; it made me interested in dragons. I love the way Mr. Coville describes Timat. This book is super!

5.0 out of 5 stars When you're done, dry your eyes, and then rate it #1!!!!!!!!, 20 Dec 1997
By A Customer
I think that it is the best book of all time. It was well written, and the story line was great. It's very humorous, but in the end you'll probably need kleenex for when Jeremy learns to say good-bye and then how to say hello again. I have read this book 3 times and I recommend it to people of all ages. Liz Clark age 13
