4.0 out of 5 stars Helpful!
I was sceptical when i first picked up this book - I'm not generally a fan of self help books, but after reading the first few chapters it did start to make a lot of sense. There is a lot of americanised psycho-babble, which at times can be tricky to understand and has to be re-read but beyond this, a lot of the exercises and ideas are helpful. 3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not that helpful !
I found the advice given in this book is good and does make sense but it doesn't give much advise on how to do it. I didn't find the practical advise of much benefit. It really emphasises the importance of choices - you can choose to be miserable and let other peoples actions ruin you, or you can chose to put past experiences behind you, and start the next chapter of your life ("the next step in life is always better!").
Happiness really is the best revenge!

I feel the book makes letting go of the past much easier then it can be for some people.
