This is my favourite fish book. The recipes are different without falling into the trap of "fusion" at the expense of taste. I love the concept of the "dishes from the left field" where the imagination really runs wild, with great results.
Quite apart from some of the best fish recipes ever, the book includes some of the most creative bread recipes I've seen, baba ganoush bread, saltcod bread, fennel and saffron bread. There are some good deserts too.
This really is the fish (and bread) book you want if you are looking for successful innovation.
