2.0 out of 5 stars Not really worth investing in reading this
Unless you're a beginner to Scrum I wouldn't bother with this book. I don't think I gained anything from this book and I don't see the point of it. The idea about making someone wear a cowboy hat for breaking a build is just plain silly. Just fix it don't humiliate people.

I have read many ‘Agile’ books but this one stands apart because the author is not afraid to take a stand. You can tell that his experience in implementing Scrum is immense because the tips and techniques in this book are practical and I have found myself referring to it many times. Whether it’s techniques on how to keep Sprint Retrospectives fresh or a great analogy to explain Relative Estimation, this book is getting a lot of use

Unlike other books in this area (technical or otherwise) I find the style isn’t dry and boring. The tone is conversational and the diagrams are a refreshing touch.
