This book has fantastic recipes from all round the world with lots of sauces to go with other dishes. All the recipes we tried were simple, clearly explained and tasty. Our favourite recipes are the sweet and sour tofu, the thai green curry (which tasted just as good as one we had in a restaurant) and the thai fried rice.
It has a special section on sauces which has quick and interesting sauces including a vegetarian gravy, garlic sauce, pesto and salsa to name just a few.
It has now become our most used cookbook as the recipes are so reliable (and we are not vegetarian).
