4.0 out of 5 stars Good ideas, but a couple of reservations, 2 Sep 2009

This review is from: What Are You Hungry For?: Women, Food, and Spirituality (Paperback)
The book presented a host of ideas on how to feel more comfortable with oneself, which can lead to weight loss or gain (as desired). Bringing in the Eastern thoughts and yoga makes the reader think 'outside the box'. However, I found it was too American with too many examples or problems which are typically American (and here I refer to the USA alone) and not enough of a world-wide view.
It has provided me with a number of new ideas to change my focus and complemented another book I bought (The Zen of Eating) very well.
