Haven't read all of this book yet, but can see already that it's required reading for anyone looking to maintain/improve health and fitness. Much good practical advice which can easily be incorporated into normal life.
This book is a good advice on how to get older in good health and to stay positive and motivated. It has some good tips for a healthy and happy Lifestyle and you can never start soon enough to look after yourself and others and to enjoy life.
I am someone who is in complete denial about the fact that they'll ever age, so it took some doing to buy this book. However, I'm glad I did. A lot of what is in it is common sense and you might already know but it's useful to have it in one book. There are other aspects that were very thought-provoking such as about what might lie ahead. Overall, the book is upbeat, useful and makes you feel that ageing needn't be all gloom and doom. Well worth a read.
