This review is from: Major Farran's Hat: The Untold Story of the Struggle to Establish the Jewish State (Hardcover)
I had previously read the full version of Winged Dagger by Roy Farran. This book sets out to prove that Major Farran killed a young supporter of the jewish terrorists in Palestine. It gets no nearer doing so than the trial Farran faced at the time, however the author is able to circumvent any libel laws by publishing his gratuitous insults after the death of a founder member of the SAS who was a much decorated war hero. I enjoyed reading the book which also exposed the true nature of the jewish terrorists whose actions included blowing up civilians, hanging british soldiers and killing Farran's own brother. Perhaps the fact that these terrorists saw their dream fulfilled despite rather than because of their actions, still gives encouragement to present day fighters.
