A study of the campaigns against soft porn by religious groups, feminist groups and others, that minces no words. Questions the basis of the campaigns, and presents actual evidence, which is more than can be said for the campaigners. I would have given five crowns if there had not been so many typos missed by the publishers. Then again, at least Cassell didn't chicken out of publishing this book, unlike some other publishers. Well worth reading if you ever wondered whether porn was really as bad as some people tell you.
