5.0 out of 5 stars Simply stunning
In this comprehensive and immensely readable update to Pevsner, Bill Wilson displays not only his unrivaled knowledge of Norfolk's historic buildings but also a superb and eloquent way with words that leaves the reader itching to visit the multitude of places described within. Worth every penny.

versus
3.0 out of 5 stars Not what it is cracked up to be.
This work is almost legendary in its scope.

It deals with hundreds if not thousands of buildings, including my local church. The section on the building with which i am very familiar is both superficial and error - strewn.

Most perturbing. Don't take it as gospel - use your eyes and don't believe everything you read.
