5.0 out of 5 stars Ravenhursts strike again., 13 May 2008
Louise Allen's second book in her Ravenhurst cousin's series.

First if you didn't read it is "The Dangerous Mr Ryder" and is worth the read.

Incredible characters and references to the above book within this story were fantastic memory joggers for those with a bad memory.

Ashe Dereham and Lady Bel Felsham are both very amusing and strong characters.

Add into the mix, Horace (you will have to read the book for the info on him it is too amusing to spoil) Aunt Lady James (bel's aunty) Elinor (cousin to bel and daughter of Lady James) The Dereham sisters and mother and Mr Layne and his sister.

There is a flow of constant movement in the story with some wonderful and romantic events within.

From London to Margate the story covers some wonderful events during that era.

Another cracking Ravenhurst story. Within you get to know the titles of the coming stories.
