4.0 out of 5 stars Helpful inspiration for storyboard creation
I really liked this book but you have to stay with it to get the best out of it. There are some examples of storyboards from classic films. 1.0 out of 5 stars Pathetic
If you want to know more about storyboards don't buy this book. it simply tells you how to draw the image with the frame of the board. Don't waste time buying it. I suppose the book would be really good if you were an artist who liked drawing storyboards. it only get 1 star because there are no 0 stars

I really liked this book but you have to stay with it to get the best out of it. There are some examples of storyboards from classic films. It tells you the conventions to follow for feature film instructions to DOPs etc. as well as making you think about how the storyboard can be used. Encouraging the actual drawing of storyboards, as opposed to using computer generated ones, its layout is clear and some of the pictures inspiring. It would help any aspiring film director.
