This book is seminal and is essential reading for anyone interested in organizations. The book provides a compelling constructionist account of the discursive construction of organizations. Quite simply, it is one of the best organization theory books to have been written in the history of the field.

Do organisations have identity? If yes, what is it? Can you express it? What for? All these questions have interesting answers. You find them in this book.
