5.0 out of 5 stars Clear and stunning overview, 22 Mar. 2013

This review is from: The Sovereignty of Parliament: History and Philosophy (Paperback)
Mr Goldsworthy has presented a comprehensive history and analysis of Parliamentary Sovereignty. His ability to distinguish between law and politics is magisterial. this is a worthy source book for students and practitioners of law, and an intelligent aid to the improvement of the mind.

To cap it all (as Nell Gwynne was fond of saying), he received great praise from Lord Bingham in his book "The Rule of Law".

What greater honour can there be? dear reader, buy this book, devour it, and become a better citizen....

The book has been more than adequately reviewed elsewhere. I add my praise, and ask that we get a Kindle version soon!. The print is quite small and is limiting my extreme enjoyment of this book!!!
