This review is from: Physical Relativity: Space-Time Structure from a Dynamical Perspective (Paperback)
Physical Relativity is the well-deserved co-recipient of the Lakatos Prize for Philosophy of Science. As such, it is not an introductory text to relativity, but instead provides an excellent guide through the foundations of the philosophy of special relativity, touching briefly on general relativity and quantum physics, as well as defending Brown's own views. I recommend it as a core text for anyone studying the philosophy of physics, and for physicists working in relativity theory as an antidote to some common misconceptions.
