This review is from: Chronic Pain (Oxford Pain Management Library) (Paperback)
I hoped I can find suggestions and recommendations in the book about the combinations of the pain killers, but there wasn't anything about it. The book is not good enought for a practice. Sorry. After reading it I dont know more about the possible combinations of the different pain killers, then before, for example which can be given given with which, and which can't be given, with the other, and why not, or under which circumstences can I give it even if its not recommended. I missed the examples as well, for ex. what can, shall we do, if the pain hasnt reliefed with the use of the pain killer. Which pain killer should be prefered in the different tramatological, surgical, etc. cases..
Sorry, I know, it is only a short book, but I think these are much more important questions, than the pharmacology of a drug
