This is a story that becomes more unbelievable as you read on. I must confess I only managed to read 60% of the book because this was a story that should not have been possible.
A kid, 11yrs old, witnesses a suicide and learns where a victim of a murder is buried. What would any normal child do ? I suggest he would tell his mother, who in turn would tell the police, no,our young hero decides to withhold the information and instead finds himself a Lawyer for $1, I remind you that you that the kid is 11yrs old, and puts himself and his family in danger from " The Mob ". If the kid was as clever as we are led to believe, he would have told the police what he knew without the need to reveal his identity. The police already had a suspect for the murder and apparently only needed a body to secure a conviction, end of story. This author does drag his stories out sometimes, but this time I just could not stay with it. Boringly unbelievable.
