Some good ideas, but very American for a UK user. It strikes me the recipes often feature fake carby foods, rather than developing recipes featuring foods already low in carbs. For example: most of the breakfasts feature 'Atkins all purpose baking mix' or 'Atkins bread' (both very expensive). And sauces often feature 'Dixie-Diner' low-carb sauce flour which you would have to import. Also, there is sometimes mention of adding additional protein (eg through soy powder), whereas the New Atkins diet in the accompanying book emphasizes moderate protein and high fat.
