I've used AK's books when weaning my LO who's now 18 months. I wanted a book with some different recipes in it to try for him, and also foods that were healthy and tasty enough for the whole family to enjoy. The book is good quality, plenty of pictures of the finished recipes which I personally like. Husband flicked through it and said he'd eat almost all of the recipes in it and he's fussier than my toddler! Have tried a few recipes and all have had the seal of approval from both of my fussy eaters, which is nothing short of a miracle! Only downside is that if you have a few of her books already some of the recipes will be very familiar, hence 4 stars.

Lovely little recipe book. I bought it to gain ideas on new things to give a fussy 3 year old so hopefully it will work. I was hoping for a few more pictures so that my daughter could pick what she wanted to try bit I will just have to hope for the best. Wish me luck!!

Great book.
Yes there are some very straight forward and simple receipes but to be honest when you have a toddler who is refusing to eat sometimes you need the obvious pointed out to you.
Love the Annabel karmel books for little ones

There are lots of great recipes in this book. My toddler particularly likes the drop scones. However it is quite annoying that several recipes reply on you buying ready cooked chicken.

I'm always lazy about writing reviews but I love, love, love this book! I have the fussiest 3 year old in the world but he has eaten everything I've made and my husband can't wait to get home for his tea! Easy to make but outstanding results. Don't let the comments about toast and soldiers put you off, that's a snack idea and there are loads of wonderful main meal recipes.

I was looking for a book to give me some ideas for cooking for my granddaughter (21 months) when she's with us once a week, and this fits the bill. The recipes are easy, colourful and practical and I am looking forward to trying more of them out.

This book is excellent! It is exactly as described, perfect condition and came earlier than expected. The recipes are so easy to follow and I particularly like the fact it says which recipes are freezer safe. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I cook from scratch for my children most of the time and as I was going back to work I thought this book would provide as the title says quick and easy recipes. I wasnt quite expecting a boiled egg and toast to be listed as a meal! But I suppose it goes with the title of the book.... it honestly gives instructions on how to make it...
