I have read quite a few of these books, including
The power of now
The power of accepting yourself
The Happyness advantage
The Confidence gap
Successfull NLP
Overcomming low self-esteem
plus a few more

This one is really good, i was literally highlighting halve the book. Lots of the concepts i hadnt heard of from the others like trying to stay goal-focused when you become worried etc

This is a rare psychology book which offers solution and give you examples and practice opportunity. I would like to believe that I am slowly become a bit less judgmental and critical when someone does not behave in the way I expected, after I understand my reaction . Good fun to realize how I make mistakes and how I enjoy to became and stay angry. And why is anger such a special negative feeling. I tremendously enjoyed the 'labeling' bit as well, which I always do if I do not agree with someone. So it is fun and understandable although English is not my first language. Would recommend to anyone! Have a laugh about ourselves! :)

Great book with some really easy to follow tools for making you feel better about things. It even helped me solve some business problems. I would be a complete basket case by now if I hadn't read this

This book helped me and my husband through times when we needed it the most.

It really changes the way that you look at yourself and others.

I haven't finished this book but as my first dip into CBT i'm finding it so interesting, easy to read and I feel completely different over smaill things which used to stress me out completely. Only down side for me would be the many many silly examples they give.
