Informative and helpful

This is an insightful and enlightening guidance on how to reduce weigh through adopting some eating and exercising habits. Drawing from his experiences, Dr Ali explains why we gain weight. He methodically explains all about fat, hormones, why we eat too much, and why digestion makes a difference. This is followed by various weight loss plans to suit various people depending on their circumstances and needs.
Among the methods the author proposes for losing weight includes fasting, therapeutic yoga and exercises, massage and how to cope with too much weight arising from hormonal, genetic and psychological problems.
The book is very informative and helpful. It is simple, clear, and gives ideas that are sensible and workable. The book contains a lot of practical and useful ideas that can help you. The solutions make sense but very often, they are not practiced, in view of the fact that, although they are simple, they are not easy.
The book is recommended to anyone with a sincere desire to tackle their overweight problem or obesity.
