A lot of gunge to get to anything worthwhile

I bought this book with high hopes. However, they were not truly met. Although there is quite a lot of interesting information in this book, I suspect that many people - like myself - will be looking for much more practical and innovative ways of staying healthy. Do we really need another book to tell us that exercise/relaxation/diet are the keys? I think not.
