Great book with an accessible style

I suppose I may be biased about this book as it was written by one of my favourite MBA lecturers. That aside, it gives a well considered insight into HRM issues in an international setting. It isn't American biased, which is great for the British student. It provides logical arguments and they are presented in an accessible manner without too much jargon. It is very thorough and looks at the impact of culture on HRM.
Well worth a read for students of international business or for anyone thinking of expanding their business overseas for the first time.
