I have extensive experience in the field of lean manufacturing and some experience of six sigma. This book has been a great guide to helping me understand six sigma in more detail. The book easy to understand and well wrote and deals with six sigma from the very start of the implemetation stage to the final close down satges.
I would advice any manager whom is either looking at implementing six sigma, doing a six sigma course or just needing to refresh forgotten skills to buy this book.

Since you need to improve customer satisfaction and reduce waste in your work, then you definitely need to apply the Six Sigma method.
The book is simple to understand, quick to read, as it is presented concisely, with given examples which help understanding and gives you the basics of this complex argument. I liked.
I would recommend the book not only to technician or engineer, but any entrepreneur or businessman who cares of customer satisfaction.
