The great majority of this book seems to be written by the nutritionist Lilian Cheung rather than by Thich Nhat Hanh. Quite a lot is familiar mainstream nutrition/ healthy eating advice. Some useful ways of connecting this a mindfulness-based approach. I liked some of the exercises. I wouldn't say this has revolutionised my eating habits, but did give me pause for thought and has helped cultivate more mindfulness around eating. Overall quite useful and worth reading.

Very helpful, informative and easy reading as always with Thich Nant Hahn. As I am in UK, I found myself jarred by some very USA specific terms such as 'soda' that are mentioned many times. A slightly different edition might help those not in America more.
