I have tried so many ways of losing weight that I have lost count. I think The Seven Secrets of Slim People is just soooo helpful. There are no forbidden foods, which I always taught in my classes (Silhouette) and instead of depriving you of your favourite foods, it gives you full permission to eat them, but with helpful and healthy guidelines. I sincerely hope that many more people find this book, even if it is just for the last ten pounds.
