This may quite a small book but it is packed with loads of excellent tips on how to improve your Scrabble game!! Very highly recommended for anyone who enjoys playing this fascinating game. It is witty and easy to read and well laid out in sections. This would be a great stocking filler for any Scrabble fan. Highly recommended.

I've played scrabble for forty years and still have very much to learn. Mark's little book is a mine of information and help. I love the way in which it is presented, amusing and instructive at the same time. Highly recommended to anyone who has a love of the game and also to those just dabbling their feet

lots of interesting tips; for those with poor verbal IQ like me this should win you a few games (although it hasn't thus far)

Put this in as a Christmas stocking filler for my Mum who is a Scrabble addict. Unbeknown to me my daughter bought one for me and I have found it really helpful as well as being an interesting read. Now we have two Scrabble addicts in the family!

It's full of interesting stuff but the real value is at the end with definitive lists of two and three letter words. Better quality than most Scrabble reference books and recommended without reservation.

I sent for 3 of these so my son, daughter-in-law and myself could look up a few hints before we went away on holiday.- and also -when playing - check odd words we didn't believe existed.!! This little book is about the size of a £5 note and about 1 cm thick so very handy to carry in a bag or pocket. Interestingly there are 124 two-letter words playable in scrabble....and also 1,310 3 letter words!! No way I could remember any of the pages but good fun reading them ......including modern slang words and 'hooks' etc.
Can't see anyone reading it from cover.to cover but dipping in and out is fun and you may even remember something from that page.......two letter words are 'important'.....that's great but my memory isn't....still i've already learned a few!! .Scrabble Secrets is cheap and very cheerful!!......especially if it helps you win!!.

For anyone who plays Scrabble this is a must have book. It is small and easy to carry around but contains all those 2 and 3 letter words you wish you could remember when playing but can't! The author is clearly qualified for writing this after so many years associated with Countdown on TV.
