5.0 out of 5 stars Great read - must buy!
The book is a great read, and as mentioned in the other review informs you of your potential capabilities.

The thing I found is that most people use the creativity Buzon aspires to a lot in their normal every day life - without knowing they do! That's where this book comes in, because it documents the creative steps/methodologies that you use sub consciously, when you...

3.0 out of 5 stars A way to open you eyes to how creative you are.
I brought this book on the back of reading Tony Buzan's Use Your Head hoping to discover more about Buzan's thoughts and how they might affect my creativity. The book itself is divided into 10 chapters covering various aspects of creativity from the left and right sides of your brain through mindmapping, music and art to ways to improve your own abilities. The book is a great read, and as mentioned in the other review informs you of your potential capabilities.

The thing I found is that most people use the creativity Buzon aspires to a lot in their normal every day life - without knowing they do! That's where this book comes in, because it documents the creative steps/methodologies that you use sub consciously, when you do need them in a focused manner, you know exactly what to do, rather than "fumbling" with your given situation, ergo 5*'s.

The book itself is divided into 10 chapters, each one concentrating on different aspects of creativity. I personally would recommend that you buy Buzon's Head First, first, that will give you a good overview, and then you can move into the more specialised areas of intelligence

There are liberal sprinkings of information about 'really clever people' which make you think 'if only.....' It is an interesting read which posed more questions than answered (not that I expected answers from a book!) but I would recomend it on the basis that it makes you think and realise that you are a lot more creative than you thought you were.
