Articles have said how good natural progesterone is for menopause and PMS, but nobody knows how to really use it because it's so new in this country. This book answsered my questions about how much, what for and what it can, and can't do to help with mood swings, bloating and prevention of major diseases like cancer and heart disease. It's hard getting information on natural hormone treatments that is practical and tells you the medical side of things in an easy to understand way. It's become a well-loaned out book as my friends all want to have their health questions answsered as well, so it's worth persuading them to buy their own copy. They won't regret it!
