4 piece stainless steel stock pot set4 piece stainless steel stock pot setWhilst these pots seemed extremely well priced I was disappointed with how thin they are. They seem like the lids may warp quite easy, in fact the lid of the largest pot is slightly bent already from the box which was damaged in one corner. Basically you get what you pay for so don't expect heavy solid pots that last a lifetime. Used occasionally for soups, jams, chutneys etc they are fine, but for every day use they may not last too long.

After searching extensively, I found these 4 stockpots at a really reasonable price. Most other retailers wanted the same amount of money for one pot. True, they are quite thin metal, but they served my purpose admirably. I used them to cook a meal for 100 people at our recent Church Anniversary.
The handles are well positioned so it is possible use two as a double boiler when making custard etc and they are tall rather than wide so they fit well on the stove.
As they fit inside one another they are also compact to store. I just wish I had discovered them sooner!

I've been looking for a decent sized stock pot for quite a while, and this set contains 4 - ranging in size from 8 litres to whopping 19 litres (roughly 14 pints to 33 pints)! This is just what I need for my Christmas preparations.

It is a very basic set as one would expect at this price. I know that I will be using them for years to come.
